Ann provides leadership, strategic vision, and direction to ensure high-quality career education and advising and recruiting programs at Babson UG CCD. She joined Babson following 14 years at Rice University where she contributed in various areas across the institution. She brings a wealth of experience from her previous role as the Director of Employer Relations at the Center for Career Development, as well as her work in the Office of Corporate and Foundation Relations and as a Residential Magister. She has been a Lecturer and Research Associate at UNH and held several consulting roles prior to working in higher education. Ann holds a B.A. in Economics and Psychology from Tufts University and an M.B.A with a concentration in Finance from Boston University.
Caroline Hayes
Sr. Associate Director, Employer Relations & Strategic Operations

Caroline is responsible for leading employer relations and operations for UG CCD. Caroline partners with the entire UG CCD team to provide strategic leadership and develop strong employer partnerships across industry to support and meet the talent needs of organizations and our undergraduate students. Caroline joined Babson’s career development team in 2010 and has years of experience in areas including employer relations, corporate development, career education and advising. Prior to joining Babson, Caroline gained corporate recruiting experience working on the campus recruiting team at Fidelity Investments. Caroline earned her B.A. from Loyola Marymount University.

Senior Associate Director, Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access (IDEA) Partnerships & Advising

Pronouns: she/her
Larinda leverages her expertise and passion for retail, fashion and marketing alongside inclusion, diversity, equity, and access in career development programming by building partnerships with faculty, student organizations, alumni and employers and has been sharing with her students while living the motto: Love What You Do!
In addition to her role in the center for career development, Larinda also serves as adjunct faculty in the Marketing Division, teaching Retailing Management, an advanced experiential course designed for students to engage real life problem solving with retail professionals and businesses. Furthermore, she supports the undergraduate college as liaison to the National Retail Federation Foundation, encouraging Babson business students to leverage this national career development program to seek fulfilling careers within the retail industry.
Before her employment at Babson College Larinda advanced her career from corporate merchandise planning, and operational management roles to a full-time faculty teaching position at Virginia State University, a local HBCU near her hometown in Chesterfield, VA in 2008. Thereafter, she moved into a faculty role at Newbury College, a minority serving institution in Brookline, Massachusetts as Assistant Professor for Fashion Merchandising within the Roger A. Saunders School of Business.
Larinda Cole completed her Master of Science in Apparel and Business Analysis from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and University, School of Liberal Arts and Human Sciences in Blacksburg, VA and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Fashion Merchandising from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA.
Lee Goldstein
Senior Associate Director, Career Advising and Education

Lee is responsible for the advising and career education of undergraduate students. She works in collaboration with the entire Undergraduate Center for Career Development team to build strategies that support the office’s integrated and holistic approach, and takes a leadership role in supporting and assessing counseling and resource offerings. Prior to joining the team, Lee worked at Clark University as Associate Director of Career Services, supporting students and alumni in their career pursuits, and managing the academic internship program.Lee has experience in several areas of higher education including human resources, alumni relations and development, student research, and as an adjunct instructor. She holds a B.A. in Sociology from Brandeis University and an M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration from University of Massachusetts Amherst.
Brenda Kostyk
Associate Director, Identity, Ability & Wellness, Partnerships & Advising

Brenda’s work focuses on empowering students to authentically navigate career journeys that honor and prioritize personal identity, ability and wellness. An advocate for underrepresented students, Brenda drives change by improving access to educational and professional opportunities for all students, and creates inclusive, safe spaces where students integrate identity and career choice with intentionality. Brenda also leverages her background in accounting and finance to advise students with an interest in these areas.
Brenda works closely with Babson’s Center for First Generation Student Success and Semillas Society to support first generation college students; Office of Belonging & Inclusion and PRIDE to support students in the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as with Wellness & Prevention and Accessibility Services to support students with disabilities and those struggling with mental/emotional health and wellbeing.
Previously Brenda held a variety of career development roles at Northeastern University, Boston College, and Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College; as well accounting and finance roles at TJX and Arthur Andersen, where she focused on the retail, manufacturing, and non-profit sectors. She volunteers as a host family for the Global Medical Knowledge Allicance and as an admissions volunteer for a Boston-area high school. Brenda holds a BA American Studies (Colby College), MS Accounting (University of Hartford), and MA Higher Education Administration (Boston College).
Bryan Kanney
Associate Director, Career Advising & Education

Bryan maintains responsibility for the advising and career education of undergraduate students. Prior to joining the Babson UG CCD team, he worked at Brandeis University as Assistant Director of Career Development at the Heller School for Social Policy and Management, supporting students (60% international | 40% domestic) and alumni in their career pursuits, serving as the contact for international careers, and managing first destination career outcomes. Bryan has experience in several functional areas of higher education including international student support services, study abroad, and career services. Bryan holds a B.S. in Behavioral and Social Sciences from Indiana University and an MS.Ed. in College Counseling and Student Affairs from Youngstown State University.
Hao He
Associate Director

Hao He provides career guidance and employment strategies to international undergraduate students as well as domestic students who are interested in working abroad. Starting fall 2021, she also oversees students who are interested in Finance Industry. In addition to these, Hao is responsible for developing international employer relationships to expand Babson’s footprint and provide more opportunities for our student body. Hao comes to Babson with strong experience in M&A in the Tech Sector. She served as Senior Vice President at Wilton Partners/CDI Global M&A, IT ExchangeNet and Martin Wolf Securities. Hao holds an MBA with a specialization in International Finance from Thunderbird, the American Graduate School of International Management in Phoenix, Arizona. She holds a Bachelor of Economics from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in China. Hao is a CFA charter holder and a member of Beta Gama Sigma Honor Society. Hao’s work experience spans work as a Senior VP of M&A specializing in cross-border M&A transactions in US, China, India and Europe with clients such as Bain Capital, Staples, Inc. (Nasdaq:SPLS), Rolta India Ltd (BSE: 500366), Softchoice (TSX:SO), Insight Enterprise (NADSQ:NSIT).. She has worked for Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC) . Hao enjoys mentoring and growing new employees. She lives in Needham with her husband and three kids.
Evan DeBiase
Assistant Director

Evan is responsible for the advising and career education of undergraduate students. He also serves as a CCD liaison to student clubs and organizations. Prior to joining the Babson Undergraduate CCD team, Evan worked at the Justice Resource Institute as a Therapeutic Mentor providing one-to-one strengths-based support services for at-risk youth, focusing on enhancing interpersonal skills, improving problem solving skills, and fostering healthier communication. Evan has experience in multimedia production, executing film shoots and recording sessions for various organizations prior to entering the human services field. A Babson College alumnus, Evan holds a B.S. in Business Administration, graduating from Babson in 2014.
Shannon Larsen
Associate Director, Employer Relations

As part of the Employer Relations team, Shannon executes our strategy for employer engagement and development. She is responsible for creating and executing high quality programs which reflect the needs of our corporate partners and our undergraduate students. She communicates employer related opportunities to various cross campus departments within the Babson community. Before joining the Employer Relations team at the CCD, Shannon spent most of her career working in Talent Attraction for some of the world’s biggest brands. Her focus has been on early career recruiting and has helped to launch hundreds and hundreds of students into their careers in engineering, marketing, product design or finance and accounting. She has developed early career programs for multi billion-dollar consumer goods companies Hasbro and SharkNinja. She managed Leadership Development programs, internship/co-op programs and MBA Rotation programs for several companies like Grant Thornton, Vistaprint and Fidelity. On the employer side, she was a member of Babson’s Graduate CCD’s Employer Advisory Board. While at SharkNinja she received the Affinity Group award for her commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion by improving the candidate experience and offer process for early talent. Shannon holds a BS from George Mason University in Education.
Victoria Stefanelli
Assistant Director, Employer Relations

Victoria is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with employer partners in efforts to support both their recruiting needs and the needs of our undergraduate students. As part of the Employer Relations team, she partners with employers and Career Advisers to coordinate recruiting events and career education programs. After graduating in 2020, Victoria began her career journey as a recruiter before moving on to work in marketing and operations for a small retail business. Victoria holds a B.S. in Business Management and Marketing from Endicott College, where she also worked in their School of Business and Internship & Career Center.
Kaitlyn Morris
Program Coordinator

Prior to joining Babson, Kaitlyn served as a Graduate Assistant in the Office of Institutional Advancement at American International College. Kaitlyn holds both a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance and a Master’s in Business Administration from American International College.
Andrew Kiritsy
Assistant Director, Operations & Business Analytics

Andrew oversees the management of CCD’s technology and data analytics systems, providing support to both the corporate relations and advising teams’ data and reporting needs. He also manages Babson’s First Destination Survey, the annual student outcomes survey for graduating seniors. Before joining the team in 2022, Andrew worked for Simmons University as a Business Analyst, where he offered analytical and administrative support for research projects and reports for Academic Leadership teams across campus. Andrew brings diverse experience in higher education, including Human Resources, Academic Services, Field Education, Strategic Initiatives and Institutional Research. He holds a B.A. in English and a B.S. in Environmental Studies from Suffolk University.
Chris Fernandes
Administrative Assistant

Chris has had a professional life that seems to cross many different paths, including roles as Resident Director, Special Education Teacher, Restaurant Manager, and Executive Assistant. However, each role has tapped the core abilities that make Chris who he is; helping, planning, and organizing are just some of the skills that Chris brings to the table, and are what make him such an effective admin.

Moira Callahan
Marketing & Communications Specialist

Pronouns: she/her/hers
Moira oversees the social media presence of the CCD, crafting strategic online communications that tell the CCD’s story. She also develops marketing materials to showcase CCD’s programming and events to students and employers. Moira brings extensive expertise in content creation, digital marketing, and website design. Before joining Babson in 2024, Moira honed her skills in digital content creation and website management with a leading landscape architecture firm. Moira holds a Bachelor of Arts in English with a Double Minor in Communications and Creative Writing from Northeastern University.
