Peer Career Ambassadors

I am currently a Senior at Babson College, concentrating in Finance. Over the past two summers, I worked as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at BofA and UBS, where I supported clients across various industries with M&A and Financial Sponsor deals. In the summer of 2022, I served as a Financial & Strategy Analyst at ButcherBox, a Boston-based food company focused on sustainable meat consumption. During my gap year in 2020, I also interned at PwC as a Financial Consulting Analyst, at KPMG as an Assistant Auditing Analyst, and at Audi China as a Digital Marketing & Strategy Analyst.

In addition to my work as a Peer Career Ambassador at CCD, I serve as a Resident Assistant, Student Ambassador for the Glavin Global Fellows and BCSN, Vice President of the Babson China Club, Founder & CEO of ECO, Assistant Teaching Instructor for Babson Youth Entrepreneurship, and I am an active member of SPEAR IB and the CWEL Mentorship Program.

In my free time, I enjoy DJ-ing, traveling, playing tennis, dancing, learning different languages, and exploring new activities. I am passionate about helping students develop professionally based on their strengths and interests.

Hello! My name is Kunru Li, and I am a senior from Queens, New York, concentrating in Finance. I am a Peer Mentor and a Natalie Taylor Scholar. I’m also actively involved in programs like the Forte Foundation, Wall Street Bound, and many other opportunities. Looking ahead, I’m excited to start my full-time role at J.P. Morgan after graduation.

Lexie Cheng is a senior studying finance and returning PCA, and recently study abroad in Singapore and Sydney, Australia. She has interned in investment banking and venture capital covering renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure and hopes to pursue projects in the future conducive to making the world a better place. At Babson, she is a part of the Babson Players, Delta Sigma Pi business fraternity, and SPEAR.

Kimia is a Senior at Babson College, concentrating in Business Analytics. She studied abroad in Madrid and enjoys Spanish Cultural Immersion. Kimia enjoys helping peers with Resume and LinkedIn work, and anything regarding professional development. She recently completed her internship at Santander and is looking for full time careers in Strategy.

I am a Junior from Sao Paulo, Brazil, planning on Concentrating in Operations Management and Economics. In the Summer of 2023, I worked as a Global Health Innovation Lab Fellow, working closely with local Brazilian medical staff to conduct studies to identify gaps between community priorities and technology solutions. In the Summer of 2024, I was a Retail Strategy Intern for the North America Team at Glow Recipe.

At Babson, besides being a Peer Career Ambassador, I am also a Social Impact Intern for the Natalie Taylor Scholar Program, Vice President of the Babson Operations Association, and Vice President of Communication for the Babson Beauty Association. I am also a member of the sorority Kappa Kappa Gamma, Babson Yoga Club, and Babson Economics Club

I am a senior at Babson from Solon, Ohio, concentrating in Business Analytics & Technology Entrepreneurship. Last summer I was a Merchandising intern at Staples where I was able to experience working within the day-to-day operations of managing product assortments. Outside of that, I’ve been able to obtain other internship experiences in the areas of Marketing and Data Science.

In addition to being a PCA, I am also the President of the Chess Club here at Babson and the Captain of the Esports Chess Team.  In my free time, I enjoy doing yoga, playing chess, and crafting fun animations!
