Peer Career Ambassadors

Amina is a sophomore from Almaty, Kazakhstan, concentrating in Finance. In Summer 2025, she worked as an M&A Intern at EY-Parthenon. She also has prior experience as a Compliance Assurance Summer Intern at HSBC, as well as a Business Analyst with the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange and KOLLENO.

At Babson, in addition to serving as a Peer Career Ambassador for the CCD office, Amina is actively involved in the Babson Economics Club, where she serves as Vice President of Events. She is also a member of the Professional Development team at Scholars of Finance. Outside of academics, she is a member of the Babson Boxing Club.

Dinan is a sophomore with an intended concentration in Mathematical and Computational Finance. This past summer, he worked with Stockdale Capital Partners and helped manage past and current real estate transactions made by the firm. He also participated in a program at Seaport Global, gaining hands-on insight in hybrid securities.

On campus, in addition to serving as a Peer Career Ambassador for the CCD office, Dinan is a member of the Babson Club Hockey team. Off campus, he ran the New York City Marathon. He also currently volunteers as a mentor at a teen coaching program.

Robert is a sophomore, originally from the Czech Republic. He has had internships with the KKCG Investment Group in the Czech Republic and Park Madison Partners in New York City, where he developed skills in deal execution, capital raising, and financial modeling. He will be at Morgan Stanley as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst on the Real Estate team in the Summer of 2027.

Beyond his role as Peer Career Ambassador for the CCD office, Robert is the President of the Private Equity sector of the Babson Finance Association, Founder and Facilitator of the CREAD Real Estate Accelerator, and a member of the Professional Business Fraternity Delta Sigma Pi. He has also been previously involved in the community action program, Friends of the Homeless, as well as the Habitat for Humanity program.

Sofia is a Senior from Sao Paulo, Brazil, planning on Concentrating in Operations Management and Economics. In the Summer of 2023, she worked as a Global Health Innovation Lab Fellow, working closely with local Brazilian medical staff to conduct studies to identify gaps between community priorities and technology solutions. In the Summer of 2024, she was a Retail Strategy Intern for the North America Team at Glow Recipe.

At Babson, in addition to serving as a Peer Career Ambassador for the CCD office, Sofia is a Social Impact Intern for the Natalie Taylor Scholar Program, Vice President of the Babson Operations Association, and Vice President of Communication for the Babson Beauty Association. She is also a member of the sorority Kappa Kappa Gamma, Babson Yoga Club, and Babson Economics Club.
