Introduction to Inclusive Excellence Resources

The Hoffman Family Undergraduate Center for Career Development continues its commitment to support our entrepreneurial leaders along their career journeys by providing career resources and services that advocate diversity, equity, and inclusion and that speak to the uniqueness and the intersectionality of their identities within a global society. Through strategic initiatives for inclusion, diversity, equity and access that prioritize Inclusive Excellence, we strive to foster meaningful connections among students, faculty, staff, employers, alumni and the Global Babson Network.  We also resolve to continue educating ourselves as higher education professionals working towards the shared goal of social justice, all through the lens of our values of service, diversity, education, connectedness, support and leadership.
