Positon Summary
As an Under Armour Rookie you’ll be given a hands-on, self-driven project that makes a real business impact. Throughout the 12 weeks you’ll work one-on-one with a mentor and have access to learning experiences, such as interactive Q&A sessions with our executives and professional development opportunities with our talent advisors. With our focus on cross-functional collaboration and global mindset, as a Rookie, you get to see how your work goes way beyond yourself.

Consumer Insights
The Consumer Insights Intern at Under Armour will support fieldwork research efforts, conducting interviews and focus groups with student athletes to gather valuable feedback. This role will involve analyzing data, creating reports, and sharing insights with the team, requiring strong communication, research, and project management skills. Ideal candidates will have experience with qualitative research, survey tools like Qualtrics, and a background in consumer insights or consulting projects.
Eligibility
- Currently enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate or graduate program (expected graduation between December 2026 – July 2027).
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Workplace Location
- Baltimore, MD headquarters office.
- Relocation assistance provided.
