What you will gain from this experience
During our 10-week Sophomore Summer Internship Program, beginning in June 2025, you will gain a basic understanding of the Investment Banking business through immersive training, participating in an array of exciting projects and initiatives.

In this program you will explore the professional world supported by two pillars: practice and teamwork.
This 2025 Sophomore Summer Internship Program is for undergraduate students in a four-year program who have an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 and May 2027.
Based in New York (NY), you will become part of an international business working with teams across different geographies.
- The base hourly pay range for this position is $52.88/hr. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Our industry and product teams include Consumer & Retail, Industrials, Energy and Energy Transition, Equity Capital Markets, Financial Institutions, Financial Sponsors, Healthcare, Leveraged Finance, Technology, Media & Telecommunications, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Real Estate, Gaming & Lodging.
This program will provide the skills and experience to become a thoughtful, strategic advisor. You’ll learn the nature of client service and how we build long-term relationships by putting their needs first, while developing the technical acumen to launch a career in banking.
What we are looking for
- An undergraduate student in a four-year program with an expected graduation date between either December 2026 or May 2027.
- Cumulative GPA is 3.5 or above.
- Highly motivated and results oriented with a desire to exceed expectations.
- Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and courage in their leadership style.
- Crisp communication skills with the ability to express facts and ideas clearly both verbally and in writing, interacting professionally, transparently, and effectively with people at all levels.
- Strong English communication skills both written and spoken required, foreign language skills are a plus.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Strong critical thinking with the ability to develop solutions to complex challenges.
- Ability to multi-task as required.
- Ability to work independently on special projects.
- Ability to effectively contribute in a team environment.

Working Conditions: Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking. Occasional moving and lifting equipment and furniture is required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown.
