Overview
CS Capital Advisors (“CSCA”) is a leading financial advisor and asset manager focused on the intersection between real estate and healthcare. Founded in 1999, CSCA has completed over $90 billion over 350 transactions across M&A, corporate advisory, capital raising, and restructuring. This position will focus on supporting CSCA’s existing investment banking and advisory teams as well as working on expanding CSCA’s asset management services business, which provides support to owners and property managers of seniors housing communities across the United States.

Responsibilities
- Assist in all aspects of business development and new client interactions, perform ad-hoc financial analysis/modeling, including asset valuations, discounted cash flow models, and other required financial analyses.
- Perform market, site, and company-related research
- Assist in preparation of pitch materials, board presentations, and asset management reports
- Produce detailed write-ups and summaries from earnings calls, industry conferences, and other related research
- Analysis of accounting, real estate taxes, operations, property info, etc. for communities managed by CSCA on behalf of asset management clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a top tier university with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher.
- Preference for majors/concentrations in finance, accounting, economics, real estate or related field
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication/writing skills
- Strong attention to detail, with ability to manage multiple tasks and manage priorities
- Must be able to work well both independently and within a team environment
- Strong grasp of financial principles and concepts related to investments and real estate specifically (e.g. cap rates, return on cost, cost of capital, net present value, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic understanding of financial modeling
- Intellectually curious with a high level of independent initiative, desire to learn, and a strong work ethic
- Willingness to travel as for potential client meetings, site visits, conferences, etc.
