As highlighted in Babson Magazine, The Bonds of Babson: Employers, a single opportunity like an internship, a project, a CCD Prep Event, or job can grow into lasting, mutually beneficial partnerships.

As we approach the fall recruiting season, we invite employers and alumni to help the next generation of entrepreneurial leaders. CCD offers many ways for employers to engage with our students, including these 2 highlighted events below. These Recruiting Prep events help students make the most of the recruiting season, and we welcome your expertise.

Resume Review Night on Wednesday, 9/9 from 4:30-6:30 pm. This is a great way to include your recent hires, hiring managers, or anyone interested in working with emerging talent.
Recruiting in the AI Era: Insider Tips from Recruiters Panel on Thursday, 9/17 from 5-6 pm. During this interactive event, you will share tips, insight to how AI has reshaped hiring and share advice with students.
